A full service package where we provide full management service throughout tenancy with 1 year contracts. For a one-time 75% tenant finders fee and only 7.5% of your monthly rent, Brodylan White Property Management will work for you by doing the following:

  • We will provide our experienced full-time BrodylanWhite leasing agents with proven experience having rented over 400 properties in London.  They’ll work hard to find you your new tenant.
  • We will take care of all your advertising needs.  All advertising carried out by Brodylan White Property Management
  • We will provide you with reliable and prompt monthly updates, including revenue and expense statements for your accountant
  • We will arrange to have professional photographs of your investment property for your advertising
  • We will collect rent on your behalf and directly deposit into your bank account – no hassle, no chasing monthly rent
  • We will properly screen your tenants including the credit bureau background check and and will present you with the results so you can select which tenant you want
  • We will arrange solutions for your maintenance issues as they arise
  • We will carry out any landlord and tenant board issues should they arise, including evictions
  • We will pay your investment property taxes from rental proceeds.
  • We will schedule and show your investment property for you and will find you an excellent and properly screened tenant

Package #2 – Brodylan’s Rent Your Property Package

Your search for tenants ends here.
Brodylan finds tenants for you and delivers signed contracts in exchange for a full amount of tenant’s last month’s rent to be paid to Brodylan as a finders fee.
